That’s because we are committed to continuous improvement and if you are not totally happy with a product, we’d like to know why so we have the opportunity to further improve the quality and value of our products. The Clientshare™ Academy training course

The Clientshare Academy is a training course delivered over 10 months. We guarantee to deliver skills that will allow your firm to achieve the specified implementation outcomes from each Class. As you’d understand, we cannot guarantee business results because there are a myriad of other external and internal factors affecting your business, and these are factors outside the influence or control of Practice Paradox Pty Ltd.

The tuition fee is for the entire course delivery. The monthly payment program is a payment option only. It is not a monthly fee for the value of each month’s course tuition. This is because the value of the program is greatest at its conclusion, when the implementation outcomes that your firm achieves in the program combine to contribute to your business‘ marketing processes.

Not all firms that apply for membership of The Clientshare Academy will be accepted because certain business fundamentals need to be in place in a firm before marketing can be applied to leverage a firm’s results.

The exclusive nature of the course therefore means that each firm accepted into The Clientshare Academy is potentially taking the place of a firm that was not granted a place in the program. For this reason, to sign-up for the course requires a commitment to complete and pay for the program in full. By applying for membership to The Clientshare Academy, your firm is committing to the full tuition fee and participation in the program cannot be arbitrarily ended prior to the completion of the program.

Due to the opportunity cost nature of a firm’s inclusion in the program, payment for the tuition fee will be required in full regardless of changes in personal or business circumstances throughout the program. It is possible for a firm to take a Leave of Absence from the program and to start the program again at the corresponding point in a future intake. However, full payment of the tuition fees must continue throughout the Leave of Absence. This policy protects all members of the program by ensuring the ongoing funding of the systems and resources required to deliver the program.

Tuition fees do not include costs related to attending seminars at venues. Members of The Clientshare Academy will pay only out-of-pocket costs to cover venue and catering costs, as well as accommodation at, and travel to and from, the workshop venues. The location of the workshop venues are to be determined, though are likely to be in South East Queensland.
